Work in marketing

Marketing is one of the most important aspects for an e-commerce business. Therefore, it is crucial for us to attract the best minds before they leave their studies through internships, or possibly as marketing trainees right after graduation.

Digital Marketing Internship

Responsibilities:

• Everything related to digital marketing
• Social media
• Create content for ads, website, social media
• Develop campaigns on all relevant platforms
• Manage collaborations with partners, for example influencers

Influencer Marketer Internship

There are 3 overarching goals with influencer marketing:

1. Sales and awareness

2. Content

3. Community

Your job will be to contribute to increased sales, better content, and help create a community around the brand. This includes order follow-up, organizing campaigns, analyzing and planning to ensure that all products are sufficiently promoted through influencers and that we have UGC for all products.

Graphic Designer Internship

There are 2 opportunities within graphic design, related to marketing such as websites, ads, etc., and those that are related to clothing.

Website and Marketing:

• Website design
• Banners
• Email templates, etc.
• Help maintain consistent graphic profile
• Ads content
• Stories / posts on social media

Clothing Design:

Packaging, hang tags, etc.

Create tech packs

Design for clothing. Textures, placements, etc.

Internship Buyer

As a buyer, your main task will be to contribute to purchasing in an efficient and business-optimal manner. You must be dedicated and have a strong desire to improve purchasing processes and methods and collaborate well with all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Handling requests, offers, and contracts with suppliers
• Continuous follow-up, development, and evaluation of suppliers
• Analysis and optimization of inventory and purchasing volumes - right quality, right price, right time
• Qualitative maintenance, monitoring, and development of ERP systems
• Further develop and maintain procedures and instructions in accordance with quality and contract requirements
• Collaborate closely with production and technical departments
• Actively challenge your organization and suppliers for the most efficient purchasing process and best possible purchasing terms

Warehouse Worker

Your responsibilities in the warehouse will include:

• Packing
• Receiving goods
• Customer service
• Inventory counting

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

- Answer inquiries primarily via email, but also through social media and chat

- Respond to product questions

- Provide excellent customer service to the company's customers

- Perform basic administrative tasks related to customer service

We are looking for someone who:

- Has relevant experience in customer service or similar operations.

- Preferably has experience in training, diet, or nutrition.

- Has good computer skills, experience with Shopify, Slack, Gorgias is a plus

- Is service-oriented, engaged, and solution-focused.

- Has good communication skills.

- Has fluent written and oral skills in Norwegian, and good knowledge of English.

Developer / Programmer Internship

Famme aims to be a world-leading supplier of women's clothing. To achieve this goal, we need good developers on our team.

A little about the existing code:

• Uses Python
• The codebase consists of small web apps, small scripts to fetch and manipulate data via APIs
• Runs the code in the “cloud”
• Flask as the framework for web apps

System development tasks:

1. Build further on internal tools

2. Shopify web development

3. Data analysis

4. Integration between systems. For example, Airtable and Shopify, Klaviyo and Slack, etc.

5. Set up webhooks and automations for this. For example, X happens in Shopify, send a message on Slack

6. Create new web apps to simplify workflow. Examples of web apps created include an app that takes data in Shopify per product and generates a barcode label that suppliers stick on the product.

7. Explore new technology we can use to simplify everyday tasks

8. Help create "no-code" systems using Airtable, Zapier, and other newer tools. You don’t need to know all this to apply. There are many opportunities to learn.
